From her time attending Children’s Corps monthly meetings to her supervision sessions today, Naethra is clearly invested in building community within the NYC child welfare field. Ultimately, the strong, stable community she created while in Children’s Corps and in her early years at her agency have helped her sustain her career in the field. Now, this sense of community helps her create community for others.
