Children’s Corps 4-Pillar Retention Assessment
Children’s Corps, established in 2011, is a child welfare workforce model that has placed over 500 frontline staff into the New York City child welfare system. High turnover within child welfare agencies negatively impacts children and families. To promote higher retention, Children’s Corps utilizes a 4-Pillar approach. Through a needs assessment and gap analysis, our Team will explore your current retention strategies, and provide a comprehensive report of our findings with recommendations for each Pillar of Retention.
